Please prepare a comfortable place to sit or lie where you won’t be disturbed to receive the healing. For best results, allow 15-20 min after your session to integrate and reflect on your session. I will contact you before we begin to check in with you, and I will give you feedback on your session at the end.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
This treatment will be available when Covid restrictions allow - currently face-to-face
Suitable for all age ranges addressing numerous acute and chronic issues.
To receive your treatment, you will be comfortable and fully clothed on a therapy couch.

The treatment consists of one or more light touch contacts and a listening presence in which your body can reset, restore, centre and ground.

First appointment - 1hr 15m £80
Follow up appointment - 1hr £70.
